Comprehensive Order Entry and Invoicing functionality includes:
 

  • Extensive customer functionality: sophisticated customer search facility; can create a new customer account (with configurable demographics) while processing a transaction; and when customer is selected, operator is prompted with things like credit status, recent purchases, special pricing, loyalty points’ accumulation, etc.).
  • Item Price and Discount Control: CONTROL will select the correct price for each item being sold, taking into account various factors such as promotional price, discounts, etc.
  • Enquiry Facilities: This includes stock availability across stores and warehouse, detailed product information (warranties, care instructions, etc.), customer information, other orders for customer, and more.
  • Special Product Types: order entry can include style/colour/size, serial numbered stock; ability to sell a customised product by specifying a base product, and then selecting from a list of possible attributes, and more.
  • Delivery: Obtain multiple shipping quotes at the “touch of a button”; confirm the preferred option, print shipping labels and/or consignment note; or calculate the delivery charge based on internally maintained freight rates and schedule delivery using your own delivery service.
  • Other Features: Hundreds of configuration options allow for Order Entry and Invoicing module to be tailored to your requirements without any programming.
